About the Job
Successful candidate will be working under the purview of the Dean of the School of Investigative Sciences. The candidate is required to deliver contents on Diploma programme for International Law Enforcement students.
Successful candidate is expected to create suppportive learning environment which will help students meet their learning goals. Candidate must possess the knowledge and research interests in the field of Policing including Law Enforcement, Ethics, Conflict Resolution, Criminal Investigation, Theory & Approaches, Powers & Procedures, Community Policing, Crime Prevention, Organised Crime, Evidence Based Policing, Policing Leadership, Victims of Crimes, Democratic Policing, Financial Fraud, Illicit Flow and Transnational Organised Crime.
Successful candidate is also expected to carry out high quality and innovative teaching and able to undertake administrative and leadership duties of importance to the School.
About The Candidate
We are seeking to appoint suitably qualified individuals with passion for teaching to submit application to join our academic team as Lecturer/Senior Lecturer. Candidate must possess a PhD or/and Master Degree or/and Bachelor or/and Diploma in Policing/ Law Enforcement/ Management/ Criminology, Psychology/ Sociology/ Social Sciences & Humanities.
Experience in the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) or Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) will be an added advantage.
Candidate must also be able to compile lesson plan efficiently, execute lessons with meaning and engaging manner.
Possess expert knowledge and research interests in the area of Criminology, Policing, Crime Prevention & Law Enforcement.
Good computer skills.
