Datuk Mohd Shahrizan is an Expert in Crisis and Disaster Management and has handled various key responsibilities including managing commercial crime, narcotic, counter terrorism, forensic and law in his 37 years of experience in the Royal Malaysia Police (RMP). He was Deputy Head of the Training Department of RMP, overseeing the management of all police training.

Dato' Dr. Yew is the Chairman of Forensic Science Society of Malaysia; the Chairman for Forensic Chemistry at Institut Kimia Malaysia (IKM) and the Exco Member of Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation Selangor with more than 15 years of specialist knowledge and expertise in the field of Forensic Science. 

Mr. Thangavelu A. Suppiah entered government service in Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur in 1980. He began his service in the Judicial and Legal Services in 1995 as a First-Class Magistrate and served at Butterworth, Georgetown and Klang Magistrates’ Courts.  In 2003 and onward, he served as a Senior Federal Counsel in the International Affairs Division and Research Division, as a Deputy Public Prosecutor in the Prosecution Division and Appeals and Trials Division in the Attorney General’s Chambers, Putrajaya. He has about 18 years of experience in trial and appellate advocacy at all levels of the court hierarchy. In 2016 he was posted as Deputy Public Prosecutor in Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission in Putrajaya until retirement in 2021. He joined Enforcement, Leadership & Management University (ELMU) in 2021.

Dr Haji Norhafifi, former Deputy Chief Commissioner of Operations in the Malaysian Civil Defence Force, has over 35 years of experience and is a renowned expert in disaster management at local and international levels. He also managed disaster response and developed training programs. His role included orchestrating rescue operations, providing humanitarian aid, and training stakeholders for enhanced disaster preparedness. His expertise shaped policies and laws governing disaster management and civil defence operations, significantly impacting Malaysia's resilience and response capabilities.

Dr. Nick Howe is the Director of the Institute of Policing in the School of Justice, Security and Sustainability at Staffordshire University and oversees the development of the Institute as a centre of excellence for police education and training, research and innovation. He has also been involved with police leadership programmes both within the UK and abroad, working alongside the Royal Malaysia Police and Police services within the United Arab Emirates. 

Dr. Pakhriazad is an Associate Professor at Universiti Putra Malaysia with expertise in law, policy, sustainable development, and natural resource management. He began his career in the Royal Malaysian Customs Department before transitioning to academia in 2005.

He has collaborated with universities across Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Korea, and served as Visiting Professor at Kyoto University, Universitas Nasional Indonesia, and Visiting Research Fellow at Cambridge University.

Recognized nationally and internationally, he has received several honors including the Darjah Paduka Setia Mahkota Kelantan (PSK) and Darjah Setia Mahkota Selangor (SMS).

Kevin is the current Chief Executive Officer at Briish Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS). He was formerly Head of the Law Schools at the University of Derby and De Montfort University. He is also a member of the Board for the Council for Work and Health and Chair of the British Standards Institute's Health and Safety Management Committee. He has vast experiance working with the United Nations (UN) and United Nations Office of Drugs & Crime (UNODC).

Dato' Wira R. Krishnan specialises in Assets Protection Structures; Family Office and Business Succession Planning; Trusts and Foundations; Wealth Management; Compliance and Regulatory aspects; and Licensing which includes Crypto structures. He is also Advisor to various multi-national fudiciary services.

Dave Walsh specialises in the Teaching and Research pertaining to Criminal Investigation and the Policing of Modern Slavery. His research focuses on the investigative interviewing of victims which includes children, witnesses, suspects and decision making of investigators. He currently works with police forces within the UK and policy makers in the area of modern slavery including examining the policing of 'county lines' cases.

Phil began his career working for Oxford Magnet Technology working in ICT following the successful completion of his degree in Computer Science. He joined Leicestershire Police in 2003, he worked in front line operational roles including response policing, neighbourhood policing, prisoner processing and is a qualified policing instructor.

In 2015, he was the lead designer and instructor responsible for all the training of the Niche RMS system used by the City of London Police Northamptonshire Police, Leicestershire Police, Derbyshire Police and Nottinghamshire Police, which is on a shared collaborative platform holding the rank of Sgt and running large training teams across 5 forces.

In 2018 Phil started his career with NTU as a Senior Lecturer and was promoted to Principal Lecturer in 2019 with a portfolio of Policing and International Law Enforcement. Phil manages  courses spanning levels 4 to 7 both within NTU and with international partners. Phil heads up the policing and criminal justice team to effectively deliver provision for NTU.

In 2020 he was appointed Collaborative Academic lead for NTU'S partnership with the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission MACC.

In Sep 2021 Phil was appointed  as Adjunct Associate Professor for Saito University College in Malaysia where he advised on curriculum development, until 2023.

In 2023 he was appointed as a Justice of the Peace (Magistrate) within the jurisdiction of Leicestershire and Rutland.

Phil is a qualified teacher of higher education and is currently undertaking postgraduate qualifications in Senior Leadership in Higher Education and an MBA at Nottingham Business School. Phil expertise and commitment to supporting Malaysia’s law enforcement agencies to professionalise there training through ELMU is the reason he holds the portfolio of Project Director Law Enforcement Training.
